Fall Special: The Grand Tradition
Lees Ferry to Diamond Creek 225 River Miles 16 Day Oar Trip - October 8 - October 23, 2010
On this 16 day oar expedition, your journey will take you 225 miles through the Grand Canyon from Lees Ferry to Diamond Creek. Leave your watch behind and the details to us. Your trip is not measured in hours and minutes, only sun up to sun down. Your schedule is to arrive at the take out destination the morning of the last day of your expedition. So relax, and enjoy the grandeur of the Grand Canyon.
Your expedition terminates at Diamond Creek river mile 225. At approximately 9:00 am, you and your gear will be transported from Diamond Creek to the canyon rim via chartered bus to Peach Springs, Arizona. Upon arrival to the Haulapai Lodge showers will be included. You will have the option of purchasing lunch before you are then transported via a previously arranged chartered flight back to Page, Arizona or Las Vegas, Nevada. This charter flight is included in the cost of the trip.

Fly Free — Raft out!
This trip includes your flight from Las Vegas to the river the morning of your trip and a return flight to Las Vegas at the end of your trip from Bar 10 Ranch.
You will meet our bus at The Desert Rose in Las Vegas at 5:45 the morning of your trip. We will transport you to the North Las Vegas Airport where you will experience a 1-hour scenic flight from Las Vegas, NV to Marble Canyon, AZ.
Upon landing in Marble Canyon you will be welcomed by our company representative who will instruct you how to pack your river gear and answer any questions you may have. You will have the opportunity to purchase breakfast and additional items for your trip at Marble Canyon Lodge. The group will then be transported by bus 4 miles to Lee's Ferry, where your river trip begins.

Offering a 12-Day Hybrid Trip
Join us for the entire 12 days or choose one of our ‘Upper’ or ‘Lower’ Canyon trips. The raft holds 8 people who paddle down the Colorado River thru Grand Canyon, guided by our paddle captain. Each day you will have the choice of riding in the paddleboat or one of the other five passenger oar boats accompanying the trip. This is a “team” effort enjoyed by all, and a true rush of adrenaline to its paddlers as well as onlookers.
